用湯種製作的麵包

嘗試用湯種做了紅豆麵包跟地瓜餡土司，這次在攪拌跟烘烤的時間都拿捏的不錯，口感也很棒，可惜發酵的不夠完美，希望下次話更好。

用昨天拿回來的天然酵母做芋頭甜麵包，好吃，但大小無法通過考試。另做了一條山形土司，內餡用培根跟不溶起司，但沒有山形模具，用了一大一小的土司模，烤出來的樣子低扁得只有小矮人才會認為那是山形土司。
